Different working modes are available, some of which are optimized for a specific task.
The modes are accessible via the Options menu and are
described below.
The Annotation mode is the generic (and default) mode for working with annotations in
several ways. The window in this mode offers most viewing, editing and searching options
that are described in this manual (Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and Chapter 4).
