As head of communications, I advise on both internal and external communications and on the media policy of the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. I work with a small team of professionals to foster mutual commitment and a sense of belonging among our international staff and to uphold the institute's excellent reputation. We also ensure international media coverage of our scientists' findings.
